Bayshore Construction Group, LLC (“BCG”) is a general contractor building a wide variety of residential and commercial projects throughout Florida, including single and multi-family housing, retail centers, professional/medical offices, single-tenant buildings and land development projects. The company performs both new construction and renovation work and prides itself on quality, turn-key production.
Founded in 2003, BCG is headquartered in Sunrise, Florida. The company retains a staff of experienced project managers and on-site superintendents whose efforts are solely focused on the project at hand. This helps to ensure a seamless process from planning and permitting, to site preparation, construction and punchout.
BCG has designers and architects they work with on a regular basis to suit any style and taste. The company works with condominium associations and property managers on special projects and can assist with design, pre-construction budgeting, permitting and value engineering services. The company is bondable and carries a full line of workers compensation and liability insurance.
Christopher J. MacNair
President
Mr. MacNair has over 35 years of real estate development and construction experience. He served as a project engineer for ENR Top 400 engineering firm Post, Buckley, Shuh & Jernigan, earning his professional engineering license from the State of Florida. He then joined General Development Corp./Atlantic Gulf Communities serving in various capacities, including managing projects in the housing division and directing Florida west coast land sales and commercial activities for the corporation. During his tenure, he oversaw all aspects of residential and commercial permitting, entitlements and construction processes. In addition to his PE license, Mr. MacNair has a general contractor’s license and real estate broker’s license with the State of Florida. He holds a BS in civil engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from Florida International University.
Michael J. Falgiano, Jr.
Sr. Vice President
Mr. Falgiano has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining BCG, he worked in the heavy construction industry in Buffalo, New York, where he owned a firm specializing in airport, roadway and bridge work in both the private and public sectors. He acts as a project manager on numerous projects and is involved in estimating and business development.
Jake MacNair
Vice President
Jake is a graduate of the University of Alabama school of business and has worked at Bayshore since 2011. He began his career as a superintendent, working on various residential and commercial projects, then performed estimating and bid preparations, while assisting with project management. He is now a full-time project manager, responsible for multiple on-going projects.
Liana Rodriguez
Office Manager
Liana has been with Bayshore Construction Group since its inception in 2003. She manages the headquarters in Sunrise and is responsible for accounting, payroll and most other functions related to the administration of the company. Prior to joining Bayshore, she worked at IBM Latin America in Coral Gables and Royal Caribbean Cruises at the Port of Miami, where she also had administrative positions.
